As we move out of the bright blaze of summer, ruled by Fire, growth, and outward expansion, we begin to transition into the grounding, stabilizing energy of Late Summer and the Earth element.
This is the season of transformation — when the vibrant fire and joy of the Heart soften and sink into the Earth, becoming nourishment for the body, mind, and spirit. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Late Summer is governed by the Spleen, our center of digestion — not just of food, but of thoughts, worries, and life itself.
It’s a time to gather in, integrate, and return to your center. To transmute worry into trust. To digest your experiences so they can nourish you deeply.
Join us for an afternoon of grounding, presence, and embodied transformation. Through gentle Qigong, breathwork, and sacred sound, we’ll align with the rhythms of the Earth element to harmonize the Spleen energy, supporting you to transform excess worry into steadiness and ease.
You’ll be guided through Qigong and breath practices designed to strengthen your center and calm the mind, followed by a deeply restorative sound journey. Crystal bowls, elemental tones, and grounding frequencies will help release lingering heat, soothe the digestive system, and anchor you in the nourishing embrace of Late Summer.
We’ll close in community reflection, honoring the transformation that comes when you root into your center, carrying forward the harvest of your growth and the wisdom of the Earth within you.
