What if you could bring the therapeutic qualities of sound into the work you already love?

Sound Healing for Bodyworkers is a hands-on introduction to using sound, vibration, and resonance as a complement to massage, bodywork, and energy healing. This workshop is designed for bodyworkers and energy practitioners who are curious about incorporating sound into their existing sessions in a way that feels practical, grounded, ethical, and immediately applicable.

Together, we'll explore both the science and experience of sound including how vibration interacts with the body, nervous system, and energetic field while discovering simple ways to thoughtfully integrate sound into your professional practice using a trauma-informed approach.

In this workshop, you will:

• Explore the history and foundations of sound healing across cultures.

• Understand sound, frequency, vibration, and resonance and their relationship to the body.

• Explore how sound can support nervous system regulation, relaxation, and energetic balance.

• Learn simple, practical techniques you can begin integrating into massage, bodywork, and energy sessions.

No previous sound healing experience is required. You don't need to be a sound practitioner to benefit from this class, just bring your curiosity and your existing healing practice. If you have any sound healing instruments you already use, please bring them!

Whether you work with massage, Reiki, energy work, or other hands-on modalities, you'll leave with new tools for expanding the sensory and therapeutic experience you offer your clients.
