🌍 Sonic Valentine: Becoming a Living Sound Carrier for Gaia
On World Sound Healing Day, we gather as a global family to create Healing Sounds encoded with Love & Compassion for our beloved Mother Earth.
This gathering is offered as part of the global World Sound Healing Day initiative, joining thousands of sound carriers around the planet in creating Healing Sounds encoded with Love & Compassion for Gaia. We will begin by opening sacred space. From this grounded field, we will share a cacao ceremony, honoring the Earth medicine of the heart and settling into the sacred space of the heart.
Then, an experiential attunement into your innate capacity as a sound carrier — a remembering of yourself as a living instrument through which sound, vibration, and consciousness move. You do not need musical training or previous sound healing experience. Your breath, your voice, your presence, and your willingness are enough.
Together we will enter a direct felt experience of ourselves as sound carriers, offering healing tones encoded with Love & Compassion to Gaia while deepening trust in our own intuitive sonic language.
Expect to:

• Explore simple toning and vocal sounding

Kelsey Elledge is a sound healer, teacher and ceremonial guide devoted to helping others remember their natural harmony through the power of vibration and energy. Her work weaves intuitive listening, energetic attunement, and a grounded understanding of vibration to support embodied healing, emotional release, and expanded consciousness.
Kelsey creates gentle, spacious environments where participants can meet their own sonic language and reconnect with sound as a living relationship. She also offers a foundational sound healing course for those who feel called to deepen their understanding and practice.
