About the event
Kelsey, Natalie, Sarah, and Tosha come together with intention to share our healing gifts in the heart of Oklahoma. We honor the space within and look forward to meditating with you all.
Our journey begins with a Cacao Ceremony, a revered ritual that honors cacao as a gentle, heart-opening medicine. Known as the “Food of the Gods,” cacao is used to expand awareness, release emotional blocks, and bring warmth to our hearts. With each sip, we connect more fully to ourselves, others, and the sacred energies surrounding us, creating a safe and loving foundation for the healing sounds to come.
From here, we move into the Sound Journey—a progression of powerful sound healing instruments, each with unique frequencies that reach deep within to release, restore, and rejuvenate. The experience includes:
