Warm-Up & Intention Setting: We’ll begin with gentle movements to open the spine and release tension, setting a focused intention. This prepares the body and mind for optimal energy flow, promoting overall well-being.
Kriya for Mental Clarity & Focus: These exercises, including breathing techniques and short dynamic movements, stimulate the brain’s centers, enhancing mental clarity and concentration. Kundalini yoga is known to support cognitive functions, boost energy levels, and reduce stress, fostering mental resilience.
Root Chakra Grounding Exercises: Grounding poses such as squats and forward folds help connect us to the earth’s energy, building stability and calm. This focus on the root chakra not only anchors the mind but also strengthens emotional stability and confidence.
